In the Netherlands we have Mutti tomato puree in little cans, once openend it starts to go brown almost instantly. So, either you have to use all of it, or transfer it to a plastic container. Which is obviously too big for whatever is left of the puree. But LOW and BEHOLD while on summer holiday I found in the UK tomato puree in a tube! Dear UK citizens, how did you get those tubes in the stores?
