Hi there ! I'm Esther Tabor
I'm an illustrator, screen printer and (former) graphic designer based in the Netherlands, with a bit of writing skills as well. After graduating Art school I've worked as a graphic designer for years and to compensate for the computer work, I did my best to develop a practise in making screen prints. I guess the way I handle color in my illustrations today is directly related to the necessary color separations in print making.
Since a couple of years I've picked up my pencils and pen again and started building my portfolio. If an illustration makes me laugh and ignites a spark inside, I am on the right track.
I'm passionate about :
* Illustrating non-fiction narratives for young readers and young teens in a way that encourages further exploration of a story
* Creating comical narratives that make people smile. I specialise in character design and love to help you bring your story or article to life.
With a decade of experience as a graphic design I understand the publishing world and can even help you design your book, marketing products or packaging.
