Original black and white drawings
I get inspired by ordinary things, such as vegetables, blossoming trees, garden tools, tiny insects and busy birds. I guess my background as a graphic designer has influenced the way I construct my drawings. I love conjuring up imaginary gardens and silly situations with lots of details. I mostly draw in ink on paper. Little mistakes in the drawing I try to l accept, yet larger ones I glue a piece of paper over it, and continue my drawing. When you look closely some drawings look a little bit like a collage.

Some illustrations I translate into colourful screen prints. All available prints are listed in my Etsy shop. If you've seen a drawing you like, but you' can't find it in my shop, do let me know. If I get enough requests, I can re-print or even create a new product in my collection. Knowing what resonates with you, does help my creative business.
